Strategic Acquisition

Our primary focus is on acquiring commercial sites where we can take advantage of recent changes in Permitted Development legislation. These changes allow for the conversion of commercial property without the delays associated with the normal planning process. We convert commercial property into quality affordable and supported living accommodation.
